At WearYourMark, all products are custom-made as per your design and requirements. Therefore, we follow a strict no return and no refund policy.

Since every order is personalized, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order is confirmed and processed.
✅ Mockup Approval (Important)
Before production, we share a design mockup for your approval.
👉 It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check:
- Design placement
- Colors
- Spelling / content
- Size and specifications
Once the mockup is approved, the order is finalized and moved to production.
⚠️ Manufacturing Defects
As all products are custom-made, we do not take responsibility for returns or refunds even in case of minor manufacturing variations.
We ensure strict quality checks before dispatch, but slight variations in color, print, or fabric may occur due to the nature of custom production.
